Terms of Service

PhoneFix Omaha provides mobile device repair services including, but not limited to, screen replacement, battery replacement, water damage restoration, charging port repair, and camera repair. Services are provided at our physical location at 4938 S 24th St, Omaha, NE 68107, and may also be booked online through our website.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any device we determine is beyond economical repair or poses a safety risk. We will inform you before any work is started.

All repair estimates are provided free of charge. Quoted prices are estimates only and may change if additional damage is discovered during the repair process. We will always contact you before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate.

Final prices are due in full upon pickup of your device. We accept cash, major credit cards, and other payment methods posted in-store.

PhoneFix Omaha provides a 90-day warranty on all parts and labor for completed repairs. This warranty covers defects in the parts used and workmanship. It does not cover:

• Physical damage, drops, or accidents after the repair
• Liquid damage occurring after the repair
• Issues unrelated to the original repair
• Damage caused by unauthorized third-party repairs after our service

To claim warranty service, return your device to our store with your original receipt within 90 days of the repair date.

By leaving your device with us, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized representative of the device's owner. PhoneFix Omaha is not responsible for:

• Data loss during the repair process — please back up your device before drop-off
• Pre-existing damage not noted at the time of drop-off
• Damage resulting from previously undisclosed liquid exposure
• Loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control (fire, theft, natural disaster)

We strongly recommend backing up all data before leaving your device for service. PhoneFix Omaha is not liable for any data loss.

Devices not picked up within 30 days of completion notice will be considered abandoned. PhoneFix Omaha reserves the right to reclaim, recycle, or dispose of unclaimed devices after this period. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you via phone or email before taking any action.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information through any forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy website content without permission
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the website

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and code — is the property of PhoneFix Omaha and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhoneFix Omaha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to our repair services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific repair in question.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska.
